Chair Massage

Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically of short duration 15 or 30 minutes, and focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. Chair massage is done over clothes and although doesn’t require any massage oil, a small amount of oil infused with essential oils, can be applied to arms will enhance the experience, if desired.

This modern form of massage emerged in the 1970’s and 1980’s, and is part of many massage practitioners repertoire.
