I am a dedicated and positive Sport Injury Rehabilitation and Sport Therapist, with a unique combination of skills, and capabilities acquired in training and experience.
I specialise in Injury Therapy Modalities for work and sport injury rehabilitation programmes. I coach clients wishing to pursue a more active lifestyle through their chosen leisure activity, helping clients to improve fitness and aid the rehabilitation process from injury or illness.
I have a proven track record in vastly improving clients’ fitness levels, health and general wellbeing enabling them to live life to the full. I have an array of qualifications gained in health and sports science. Passionate about service excellence, I address client requirements promptly and strengthen client relationships for progressive growth.
I have always taken an active interest in all kinds of sport, such as running, weight training, surfing and snowboarding. My preferred sport was Thai Boxing, where I trained under Thohsaphol Sitiwatjana (AKA-Master Toddy). Master Toddy trained many champions, and choreographed fight scenes in movies, including James Bond. The training for Thai Boxing was very intense and soon learned the only effective way to rover quickly, was to have Spots massage. After running my own surf and skate stores, for over ten years I decided to train in physical therapies.
In 1998, I qualified as an Aromatherapist, and in 2004, I gained Diplomas in Sport Therapy and Personal Training. In 2008, I successfully completed a Foundation Degree in Sport Science and Injury Rehabilitation. In 2010, I qualified as a Nordic Walking Instructor. In 2015, I gained a BSc (Hons) Developing Professional Practice in Complementary Therapy.
